The company was established on 2nd March 2009 and is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 804323. We are headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, a commercially strategic hub at the heart of Nigeria’s South-South economy.
Over more than fifteen years of continuous operation, Pillar-Star has built the institutional relationships, regulatory familiarity and technical capability required to execute complex, capital-intensive agro-industrial projects at scale.
Three divisions are active today: agricultural production, agro-processing, and civil engineering and infrastructure. Chemical manufacturing is planned as the next stage of our growth. This integration from farmgate to finished product gives us control of supply, cost efficiency and resilience against commodity price volatility and foreign exchange fluctuation.
