Social impact & sustainability

Industry that leaves communities stronger

Our vision begins with people: food on the table, work for young people and women, and safer, more prosperous communities.

Our commitments

Four ways our work creates value beyond the balance sheet

Employment

Youth & women empowerment

We recruit deliberately from local communities across Rivers State and Akwa Ibom. Jobs are created across agricultural production, agro-processing, engineering and administration. As operations scale toward full capacity, this commitment grows into employment at every skill level, strengthening household incomes and community stability.

Industrial linkages

Import substitution

By producing processed commodities at home today, and agricultural chemicals in future through our planned chemical division, we supply Nigeria’s wider manufacturing base. SMEs and larger manufacturers gain reliable access to local inputs, lowering their costs and reducing dependence on imports.

Food security

More food, less loss

Turning perishable produce into shelf-stable, distributed goods reduces post-harvest losses and expands the supply of quality food for Nigerian households, cooperatives and institutional buyers. Food availability and affordability sit at the centre of our vision.

Environment

A circular economy in practice

We minimise our environmental footprint through responsible waste management, lower energy use and full compliance with environmental regulations. By-products become secondary revenue rather than environmental liabilities.

Alignment

Measured against global goals

  • Zero-wasteProcessing model
  • SDG 1, 2, 8No poverty, zero hunger, decent work and economic growth
  • AfCFTAExport framework
  • Local-firstEmployment mandate
Partnerships

Build community value with us

We welcome cooperatives, development partners and community organisations who want to scale local employment and food production.
